Date of birth is not sent to that service by this website integration. The form does not intentionally store inquiry content in the MazinCMS website database. Copies may remain in business email and customer relationship management systems and are retained only as reasonably needed to respond, maintain business records, meet legal obligations, or resolve disputes.
